Sort by:May 3, 2020 · Troubleshooting steps already taken: unplugging it and plugging it in again. cleaning the unit. slightly opening the pin in the power jack. making sure that it is plugged directly into the wall using its original power adaptor. making sure that the unit is on level ground and not touching anything else. For a week. Did the full cleaning as before, but didn't fix it this time. It will only go so far then gives me the red bar. I have deleted it from the app (in the hopes of just running it manually) but I can't even make the robot itself reset back to factory to see if its just a firmware issues like some have suggested..
